Startup Wise Guys, a startup accelerator and early-stage investment fund, marked its 10th anniversary with significant achievements.
Originating as a small investment fund and startup education program in Tallinn in 2012, it has evolved into one of Europe’s leading accelerators. Despite being under-rated in early-stage startup support, our PR efforts successfully highlighted SWG’s accomplishments over the ten years. The outreach was several weeks long, with carefully coordinated pitching and interviews within our networks. Through several thought-provoking pieces and expert insights, we secured placements (all completely earned and laudatory) in major regional and international media outlets like TechCrunch – where we highlighted SWG team members in city surveys – reaffirming their expertise in the industry.
The Black Unicorn team quickly understood our unique identity and potential for PR as we underwent a European and later global expansion. They connected with ours really well.
